Stuart Murray Williams spoke at First Church of the Brethren in Roanoke, Va., one of several workshops and speaking engagement sponsored by the Church of the Brethren Congregational Life Ministries in early November. Williams, who is the author of the recent book, "The Naked Anabaptist," focused his remarks on the core components of Anabaptism that are not settled in Mennonite or Brethren culture, and examined the contemporary significance of the Anabaptist faith tradition of following Jesus.
